Ordering Information

Orders are processed within 48 hours and deliveries are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday. Pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks.

All our current collection swimsuits are made in and will be shipped from Moscow, Russia. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery time depend on the destination and your chosen shipping method.

Currently, we offer the following payment options:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal transfer
  • Card payment via the Lambada marketplace
  • Card to card transfer (available to customers in Russia only)

 

Currency

You can view item prices in various currencies while shopping, however, upon checkout, final prices are displayed in EUR. Please make sure to note the currency conversion rate in relation to your preferred currency if you're located outside of EU. Please note that we are not responsible for any changes in price due to the conversion rate or changing currency rates.

 

Taxes & Customs Duties

Orders may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties.

  

Changes to Orders, Returns & Refunds

If you have made an error when placing your order, please email us at wecare@210swimwear.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we accept no responsibility for incorrect information provided to us.

At this time, we accept no returns unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item, you may return it within 14 days of your purchase date. All items must be in their original condition in the bag they came in with all tags still attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered or washed.

Once received, we will inspect the faulty item and decide whether we can repair it, exchange it or issue a store credit refund (no direct refunds will be issued). Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time online. Items soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
